Kelp Pasta Recipes: Simple Italian

The Italian

Feeds 2-3 people


Ingredients:

  1. 2 spirals of AKUA Kelp Pasta 
  2. 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  3. 2 chopped portobello mushrooms
  4. 2 Tbsp olive oil
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. A few leaves of basil
  8. 1 Tbsp vegan parmesan

To make:

  1. Cook garlic and mushrooms, and olive oil together in pan for 4-5 minutes
  2. Rehydrate Kelp Pasta
  3. Add in the Kelp Pasta and cook for 3 minutes
  4. Add in cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper. 
  5. Cook for 5 more minutes
  6. Serve with basil and parmesan on top
