Miso Kelp Pasta

  • 2 spirals AKUA Kelp Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Dash of Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Milk
  • 1 tbsp Miso Paste
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
  • Chili Oil (optional)


  1. Rehydrate Kelp Pasta
  2. Place in pan with olive oil and salt
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes
  4. Add in miso pasta and cashew milk and cook until all incorporated throughout the dish
  5. Add in shiitake mushrooms and cook for 3-4 more minutes
  6. Plate and top with chili oil if you like it spicy
