Ingredients
- 2 spirals AKUA Kelp Pasta
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Dash of Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- 2 tbsp Cashew Milk
- 1 tbsp Miso Paste
- 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
- Chili Oil (optional)
Directions:
- Rehydrate Kelp Pasta
- Place in pan with olive oil and salt
- Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes
- Add in miso pasta and cashew milk and cook until all incorporated throughout the dish
- Add in shiitake mushrooms and cook for 3-4 more minutes
- Plate and top with chili oil if you like it spicy
