Kelp Burger Recipes: Kelp Burger Fish Tacos

Kelp Burger Tacos
Feeds 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 radishes
  • queso fresco - or a plant-based cheese
  • handful of cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1/3 pack of Kelp Burger "Ground Meat"
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 6 tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Directions:

  1. Slice radishes into thin slices and set aside
  2. Chop lime into wedges and set aside
  3. Chop cilantro and set aside
  4. Drizzle olive oil into pan and turn stove to medium heat
  5. Place Kelp Burger "Ground Meat" onto stove and let cook for 2 minutes
  6. Add spices
  7. Mix so that burgers look like ground taco meat
  8. Add nutritional yeast and tomato paste
  9. Mix and let cook for 2 more minutes
  10. Set aside
  11. Heat up tortillas in pan until edges are crisped and tortillas are warm
  12. Place tortillas onto plate
  13. Add taco meat, radish, cheese, cilantro, and hot sauce if you prefer it spicier
  14. Squeeze lime juice over just before eating
  15. Enjoy!! 🌟
