Kelp Burger Recipes: Kelp Burger Bolognese

Kelp Burger Bolognese

Ingredients


1. ½ onion
2. 2 cloves garlic
3. 1 stick celery
4. 2 box spaghetti
5. 2 Kelp Burger patties
6. 2 cups chopped tomatoes
7. 3 tbsp tomato paste
8. ½ tsp thyme
9. ½ tsp oregano
10. Salt & pepper

Directions:


1. Dice onion, celery, & garlic
2. Heat any oil of your choosing in a pan over medium heat
3. Add the chopped onion, celery, & garlic, and saute
4. Use a fork to chop 2 defrosted Kelp Burgers into ground-beef-esque texture
5. Raise heat to high and add the ground Kelp Burgers, stirring frequently and breaking up any large lumps
6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes & the tomato paste
7. Stir in the seasonings and continue to cook over medium low heat until sauce is thick & ready to serve
8. Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling water, then add to the bolognese pan
9. Serve and enjoy! 🍝🍷
