Ingredients
- ½ onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 stick celery
- 2 box spaghetti
- 2 Kelp Burger patties
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Dice onion, celery, & garlic
- Heat any oil of your choosing in a pan over medium heat
- Add the chopped onion, celery, & garlic, and saute
- Use a fork to chop 2 defrosted Kelp Burgers into ground-beef-esque texture
- Raise heat to high and add the ground Kelp Burgers, stirring frequently and breaking up any large lumps
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes & the tomato paste
- Stir in the seasonings and continue to cook over medium low heat until sauce is thick & ready to serve
- Cook spaghetti in a pot of boiling water, then add to the bolognese pan
