Ingredients

  • 1 lb of AKUA Kelp Burger Ground Meat
  • SPERO Original Sunflower Cream Cheese
  • 3 red bell peppers, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 TBSP of olive oil
  • 3 sprigs fresh oregano
  • salt + pepper
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 TBSP of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup or pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 pepperoncini peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of vegan feta
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • salt
