Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
  • 1.5 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup pickled red onions
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 AKUA's plant-based Krab Cakes
  • 1 batch of Nikki's  2 Minute Tahini Dressing 
  • 1 avocado

Directions:

 

1. Air Fry or bake the crab-less krab cakes at 400 degrees until golden brown and crispy (cook time will vary).

2. In the meantime, de-stem the kale and cut it into small pieces. Then place the chopped kale in a bowl and pour the lemon juice on top. Massage for 1 minute.

3. Then add the cabbage, pickled onions, sunflower seeds, and half of the tahini dressing. Mix well and add more lemon juice or some salt and pepper to taste if desired 👩🏻‍🍳

4. Top with the crispy krab cakes, avocado, and remaining dressing. Enjoy!
