Description

So what does it taste like? The Kelp Burger is packed with toasty, umami flavor and rich notes of fresh tomatoes and mushrooms! It does not taste fishy. 😋 

The Kelp Burger is frozen so it ships overnight. We are currently shipping Kelp Burgers separately from other products on a weekly basis every Tuesday for Wednesday arrival. Orders must be placed before Monday at 5pm EST to guarantee Wednesday arrival. 

We now only offer eco-friendly packaging! These new materials + overnight shipping is expensive but shipping costs get cheaper the more Kelp Burgers you order! 

Ingredients: Kelp, Organic EVOO, Crimini Mushrooms, Pea Protein, Black Beans, Quinoa, Organic Coco Aminos, Chickpea Flour, Potato & Pea Starch, Nutritional Yeast, Tomato Powder, & Seasonings (contains small amounts of Onion & Garlic).

How to prepare

  1. Place 1-2 frozen Kelp Burgers in a pan with a high quality cooking oil over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Once it starts to sizzle and brown, flip it and finish on medium-high heat for another 2.5-3 minutes.
  3. Do not thaw out the Kelp Burger before cooking. The Kelp Burger is best when it gets a little crispy on the outsides and is hot all the way through.
  4. Be careful flipping the Kelp Burger too early (we know it's tempting!).
  5. We recommend pairing your Kelp Burger with avocado, vegan cheese, and your favorite condiments!
  6. We also love crumbling up the Kelp Burger to make Kelp Bolognese or frying the Kelp Burger up like falafel. Visit our recipe section for more inspiration!
