Krab Cakes with Vegan Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- AKUA Krab Cakes
- 1 cup of vegan mayo
- 1/2 cup of dill relish (or finely diced dill pickles if desired) gently squeezed of excess liquid
- 1 TBSP of lemon juice
- 1 TBSP of dill, fresh or dried
- 1 TSP of maple syrup
- 2 TBSP of finely diced onion
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Krab Cakes with Vegan Tartar Sauce
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients besides your Krab Cakes to create your vegan tartar sauce.
When ready to eat, remove the Krab Cake from the freezer.
Place frozen Krab Cakes onto a hot non-stick pan with an oil of your choice & cook over low to medium heat for 8 minutes on each side or until heated through (or until golden-brown). Be sure to bring the Krab Cake to an internal temperature of 165 °.
Transfer onto a plate and serve with lemon wedges and your vegan tartar sauce!
