Quick & Easy Asian Pasta
Feeds 2-3 people


  • 2 spirals AKUA Kelp Pasta
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1.5 cups shrimp or tofu
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup edamame 
  • 1-2 tbsps miso or soy sauce
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Optional: sprinkle of lemongrass
  • Toasted sesame seeds


  1. Toss cooked kelp pasta with shiitake mushrooms, shrimp or tofu, sesame oil, edamame, miso and/or soy sauce, salt, pepper, and lemongrass over a medium heat
  2. Top with toasted sesame seeds
  3. Plate and serve with your favorite dry white wine
