- 16 oz of Kelp Burger Ground Meat
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Red Onion, diced

- 1/2 cup Plant Milk
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped + additional for garnish
- Salt & Lime to taste
- Tortilla chips
Directions:
Blend seeds through lime juice in a high-speed blender and set aside.
Over medium heat, add a small amount of oil and sauté your Kelp Burger Ground Meat with chili powder until browned. Add veggies and diced tomatoes and combine.
To the “meat” mixture, add your blended seed base and additional milk. Combine until hot and bubbly. Stir in cilantro and adjust salt and lime to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips (leftovers are also delicious as a filling for TexMex enchiladas).
